The pedestrian-oriented development replaces and invigorates the old Granite Run Mall with a new Main Street design.
The design included keeping the triangular shape and anchor locations of the mall, and retaining two of the anchors while redeveloping the mixed use center.
Already activated with a cinema and a grocer, the project added more uses with the medical office building designed for CHOP, and on site apartments.
Two stick-frame wrapper buildings hold residential units and internal parking, creating a vibrant, mixed-use community. The first phase of residential: 50 at Granite Run apartments, with 192 units, offers luxury amenity spaces, on a steep slope, steps from amazing shopping and restaurants and served by an adjacent parking garage. Phase two residential is currently in design.
