The New Carrollton Station development consists of two phases. Phase I includes The REMY apartment building, a four story 112,000 SF office building, 16,000 SF of retail and a structured parking garage.
Phase II is currently in design. The REMY consists of four buildings separated by fire walls that work their way up a steep slope site and enclose two courtyards. Retail and amenity spaces create the podium level and a commuter lobby welcomes you home after a short walk from the MARC/Amtrak station. The project won Silver for the 2013 Professional Builder Design Awards for On the Boards.
12,000 SF of amenities include:
- Clubroom, game room, coffee lounge, mail and package room, conference room, leasing center, concierge, fitness center, and spin room at the main lobby
- Gamer’s lounge and a resident’s living room on the 5th floor
- Large pool courtyard with cabanas and grill areas
- Small recreational courtyard
- Dog wash and a dog park
- 6,400 SF rooftop lounge with spectacular views, green space, and grilling locations
